Refund policy

Returns: You may return new, unopened. and unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please note you are responsible for return shipping cost which will not be refunded or for returning items to pick up location. Please e-mail us at contact@floatingfancy.com to request your return.

Refunds: You may request a refund for damaged goods by e-mailing us at contact@floatingfancy.com. Requests will be approved on a case-by-case basis at company's discretion.
